This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.


1. ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed after payment has been successfully received and verified.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on:

  • Weekends

  • Public holidays

  • During unexpected operational disruptions

During periods of high demand, processing times may be extended.


2. DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

Estimated delivery time for most orders is:

8–11 Business Days

Please note:

  • Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

  • Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier performance.

Customers in remote or outlying areas may experience longer delivery times.


3. SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & TRACKING

Where available, tracking information will be provided once an order has been dispatched.

Tracking updates are managed by third-party courier providers and may not update immediately.

Little Guard is not responsible for delays in tracking updates provided by courier companies.


4. DELIVERY DELAYS

While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Courier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • High shipping volumes

  • Customs inspections

  • Strikes or labour disruptions

  • Network or system outages

  • Incorrect delivery information supplied by the customer

Little Guard shall not be liable for losses or damages resulting from shipping delays outside of our reasonable control.


5. INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information at checkout.

Little Guard is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping charges resulting from:

  • Incorrect addresses

  • Incomplete addresses

  • Incorrect contact information

  • Failure to collect parcels where required

If a parcel is returned due to incorrect information supplied by the customer, additional shipping fees may apply before reshipment.


6. LOST OR MISSING PARCELS

If your parcel appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at:

Little Guard will work with the courier provider to investigate the issue.

Claims for lost parcels must be reported within a reasonable time after the expected delivery date.


7. DELIVERED ORDERS

An order shall be considered delivered when:

  • Delivery confirmation is provided by the courier, or

  • The parcel is delivered to the shipping address supplied by the customer.

Little Guard is not responsible for parcels that are stolen, misplaced, or lost after confirmed delivery.

Customers are encouraged to ensure someone is available to receive deliveries where possible.


8. SHIPPING FEES

Shipping costs, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Little Guard reserves the right to modify shipping rates at any time without prior notice.


9. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

If international shipping is offered:

  • Delivery times may vary by country.

  • Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other government charges.

Little Guard is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.


10. FORCE MAJEURE

Little Guard shall not be liable for delays or failures in delivery resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Fires

  • Power outages

  • Internet disruptions

  • Government restrictions

  • Strikes

  • Supply chain disruptions

  • Public emergencies
